Teaches Telorum: a bow of light loosing an arrow for 25 damage, snapping onto the nearest player it faces. It passes through block without breaking it. Against Vampires it deals extra damage, sets them alight, drains their stomach and strips their vampiric abilities for around ten seconds. The scroll fills an artifact slot until it is used.
